Clients 

At dressCODE, we understand you live a busy life and may need to cancel your style service. If that happens, please keep our cancellation policy in mind. 

To cancel, please go to your upcoming appointments and view details, then click cancel. 

• If you cancel more than 4 hours before your appointment, you will not be charged. 

• If you cancel 1-4 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total appointment cost. 

• If you cancel less than 1 hour before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your total appointment cost. 

This cancellation policy is in place to ensure our Stylists are fairly compensated for their time. Please contact support@thedresscodeapp.com if you have any questions or concerns. Or

• If you cancel less than 1 hour before your appointment, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of your total appointment cost. 

• If you cancel more than 3 appointments, you will be removed from the platform.
